We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. Currently we don't ask for a security deposit.

Cobb Cottage is 2 Bed cottage sleeping 4 People ( One well behaved dog welcome) 

Cobb Cottage is the lower part of a 450 year old Devon Cobb (Mud) Longhouse ! we have left part of the Cobb wall exposed in the lounge !

As the building is old ceiling heights are low and there are several low beams to be aware of when booking !

We have lovingly renovated Cobb Cottage to future proof it, with our ground source heat pump delivering energy efficient underfloor heating and hot water,  it is rated "A" on the EPC but is our most Carbon negative cottage at a Negative 2.8 Tonne of Carbon Per Year ! 

Wifi is available throughout the Cottage although due to the thick walls mobile phone signals can be patchy

Ground Floor

Hallway , downstairs toilet, kitchen and lounge.

The lounge has a fireplace built of local stone with an efficient wood burning stove,  sofa seating for 5 people, a small dining table seating 4 , smart TV and patio doors onto the garden.

The garden faces West and in the summer gets the sun in the afternoon and evenings with views of our fields behind. It has a patio with seating , the garden is fenced with a Dog shower.

The kitchen although small has an induction hob, electric oven, fridge freezer , microwave, kettle, toaster, washer dryer and slimline dishwasher and hopefully everything you need for self catering. 

First Floor

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Hanging space plus a chest of drawers and Hair Dryer.

The Second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to form a Superking if required. There is also hanging and a Chest of Drawers.

The Bathroom has a Toilet & Sink ( with a bathroom cabinet with Shaver point)   The Bath has a Rain Shower and Hand shower.
